Rosa is an ideal villa for me, the project is really worth the investment because there's a freehold location and has an affordable price to purchase. Moreover, the project provides me with a comfortable environment, convenient facility and nice finishing. I live in this villa for sale conveniently and peacefully. There's my encouragement both in the living and working part by smooth connectivity which provides easy driving. That’s why I think the project is an ideal villa for me.

Rosa is a great family home. Its spacious for the entire family. I love the Spanish design, and it feels like we’re living in Europe. It’s modern and luxurious as well. I have two kids and we feel right at home here. It’s a calm and peaceful community. It does get a bit noisy on the weekends with kids playing and running around, mine included! I recommend who is looking for a place to live with their love ones. Also, it’s good to have your own car here. There are good places to visit nearby if you’re into sports or love the beach.

Rosa house and villa project’s architecture remind me to Southern Spanish Architecture but look homie and quiet balance for Dubai’s favor. The project’s absolutely convenient because it’s a sub-community in Arabian Ranches 2. so, this’s easy to access facilities and amenities. The project in my opinion is multi-functional spaces which is suitable to singles, couples and families by their perfect spacious.
