The apartment is the new one in Business Bay so the facilities in the apartment are new and clean. The swimming pool has a unique design that is open and gives a beautiful view. There is a luxury lobby and coffee shop on the ground floor. The room is so spacious and designed with a white tone that helps the room feel modern. The floor to ceiling window, which is set in the room, also gives a beautiful view and takes a deep breath with fresh air on the balcony.

Beautiful elevation and amazing view from the apartments are really nice. Bayz By Danube is one of the best places, located in an excellent location near to all visitors places in Dubai such as Downtown and Dubai Mall. I can easily travel all across the city by using the main roads and metro station. There are many facilities that can serve my workout routine such as swimming pools and gymnasium as well as the BBQ area which I can party with my friends as well. This is an awesome place to live alone, or stay with family because there are many room types. Best property, best location in Dubai.
