It is a 11-minute drive from Emirates Rd, take exit 36 to Al Qudra Rd\D63. Head straight then slight right onto Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan street. Take the route D54 and make a first exit. After passing The Palmarosa, slight right to the Serena Residential Community. Head straight at the roundabouts and take the 1st exit. There will be another roundabout, take the 1st exit as well. Continue straight, turn left and the destination will be on the right.

Beautiful Fully American Kitchen And Unique Design Swimming Pool

The house was designed in a beautiful way and Mediterranean style. There is a floor to ceiling window on the first floor and a wide window and balcony on the second floor. There is a private car parking that is so comfy and secure while staying here. The community is so spacious and provides a unique communal swimming pool that my kid also loves with it.

My colleagues have told me about the comfortable and affordable residential community in Dubai. It is the serena community in Dubailand. I went there for a general information. I received the brochure of the Casa Viva Townhouse which will be finished soon. I saw a floorplan and it was actually tempting. With this price range, I am able to get the 3-bedroom home. There would be enough space for the elders and our lovely son. I hope to see it done in no time. Thanks

We looked for many townhouses in Dubai and we came across the Casa Viva. This townhome located in one of the most secured communities I’ve ever seen. The entrance is safely gated. I am sure that my family will be totally safe here. The next important fact is that the pathways throughout the community is so peaceful and natural. There are many bushes and trees around the area which helps shading the foot path from the direct sunlight. I will rate this place from 4.5 out of 5. It has the perfect environment to raise the child, since it is a townhouse, this residence is pet-friendly as well.
