DEC is a great tower which is suitable value for money. The apartment is big and the layouts are good. Especially, I can bring my pet to visit the apartment. The most convenient parts of this apartment are supermarkets and restaurants on the ground floor. I’m surprised with the Olympic-size swimming pool, as well as the tennis court. The apartment is easy access to the Dubai Marina Mall and many dining place. It will be a famous point in Dubai Marina area.
