Eaton Place is close to the Emirates Golf Club and the Mall of Emirates, which are two of my favorite destinations. The building is conveniently located near several Red Line metro stations. I don't own a car, so this is a huge benefit for me and anyone else who has to take the train. Because there aren't many apartments in this building, it's quieter than most. It also includes high-quality services and equipment. My one-bedroom apartment has a large living and dining space, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The balcony has an amazing view.

The apartment is close to the Palm Jumeirah, the best landmark in Dubai. The building was designed in a cozy way and the podium floor is unique with a beautiful swimming pool. This open area can look over the Dubai skyline. The bedroom was designed with a modern style, which is whaite and gray. Also, there is a floor to ceiling window to take time in a beautiful view.

I visited my friend at Eaton Place last month. The project is located among many other projects around here. It is a suitable location with several ways to get there, but sometimes there is a traffic jam problem. There is a quiet, small number of units, and of course high-end quality services and equipment as well as pets allowed and is surrounded by green space. If you are a person who has children, this place also offer the kids area with security while parents can take comfort too.

The best description of Eaton Place for me is “Family-friendly and easily accessible” . The project is the ideal location for creating lasting memories. A place for youngsters to run around in the wonderfully planted gardens, stay fit and healthy with the fitness and recreation facilities, and rest in the stately entrance lobby. But in the other way, For single and professional is suitable as well because this not too large and proper by their facility.

For Eaton Place project design is designed for people who would like to live in luxury at a reasonable budget. The tower comprises four stories, residential area areas at JVC have easy access to a variety of neighboring amenities and neighborhoods. Above ground and a podium level. For the environment in surrounding area is so nice, residential areas at JVC have easy access to a variety of neighboring amenities and neighborhoods. In my opinion, I think this project is livable both inside the project and environment.
