For Lagoon View luxury apartment land area. District One, Dubai's most exclusive residential neighborhood, is located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. With Mansions, Villas, and Apartments, District One caters to those who dream great. Additionally, the project facility also proper, I think this will be my part of convenient living. So, this’s reasonable for my decision when it launch.

District One in Dubai is a very good location and a beautiful community. Located in the heart of Dubai close to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, the area is surprise quiet. District One is quietly tucked away from the city, and is surrounding by lush greenery and the beautiful crystal Lagoon. Its like I am staying at the beach. Its perfect on a weekend to walk, swim, sail, at the Lagoon. A healthy lifestyle, but you are living in the city and can go shopping anytime, go drinking. Just enjoying Dubai luxury activities to its fullest. Worth the money.
