The Portman offer great reasonable price to live in a semi-luxury home in Dubai. I have lived in Dubai for 7 years and now its a great time to buy a home for sale in Dubai. Prices are starting to increase with the market sentiment becoming better. However in JVC public transportation can be a bit for a problem, especially during the summer for long waks to the bus stop or metro station. However with a car its very very easy to commute to work and to my favorite place for all-time at Dubai Marina. For great and amazing brunches to waterside eateries around Dubai. Reasonable priced apartment with a great location for Dubai.
