I love this place with a calm and serene atmosphere. The Palma Residences is closed to the beach that has a direct access to. I think I make a right decision to stay here. The location is surrounded with many landmarks and the road that easy to commute to the other places. I use the metro near the project sometimes that is also convenient. The swimming pool is modern style and clean. All the amenities are fully equipped and clean.

The first important thing to mention about the Palma Residences is the security. This place has the gated entrance which really shows the high sense of safety. As it is set inside the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, this place is close to many shopping and retail options. I can get my daily groceries and stuffs from nearby outlets and supermarkets. From the location, it is ideally linked with the Sheikh Zayed Road which offers the great connectivity to the entire city.

Palma Residences is out-standing by their white-sky blue as a majority colors and seascape, this form and visual remind us to Santorini’ architecture. For me, this project is not only interesting because of their design but also have well service system and facilities, we always have a convenient living while living here. Especially, the transportation is convenient. So, these are creative and be all rounder residential.
